Timothy Frazier
Founder, Sunflower Systems
Tim Frazier was the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Sunflower Systems where he defined the vision, guiding principals and technical architecture for the Sunflower product line. Prior to founding Sunflower, Tim was a senior consultant in the Federal Practice at Oracle Consulting working with NASA and energy vertical markets. Tim now serves as a senior software architect at the National Ignition Facility at the prestigious Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Tim holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and applied mathematics from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia.

Alan S. Fisher
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, Iron Speed
Mr. Fisher was a General Partner at Outlook Ventures, Inc., a venture capital company prior to co-founding Iron Speed, Inc. He co-founded Onsale, Inc. (now part of Amazon) and was its Chief Technology Officer from July 1994 to December 1999. He also co-founded and was President of Software Partners, Inc, a developer and publisher of software products from August 1988 to July 1994. From April 1984 to August 1988, Mr. Fisher served as Technical Marketing Manager and Product Development Manager for Teknowledge, Inc., a developer of artificial intelligence software products. From June 1981 to April 1984, he served as a member of the technical staff for AT&T Bell Laboratories.
Mr. Fisher has served on the boards of several publicly traded companies including Onsale, Inc. , an Internet auction retailer; Egghead.com, an Internet retailer of computers and software; FatBrain, Inc., an Internet retailer of technical and professional books; and Infodata Systems Inc., an e-business consulting services company.
Mr. Fisher received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Ken Elefant
General Partner, Opus Capital
Ken Elefant is a founding partner of Opus Capital focusing primarily on internet and software investments. Ken serves on the board of Spock Networks, Pudding Media, Jivox, iWidgets and TrustedID and was involved with several prior investments including Virsa Systems (NYSE: SAP) and Riverbed Technology (Nasdaq: RVBD). Previously, Ken was a Senior Associate at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Prior to this, Ken was a Senior Associate and Kauffman Fellow at Battery Ventures.
Previously, he worked at Radius Inc. as Director of International Sales and Marketing when the revolutionary Radius Pivot Monitor was the hot seller in Japan. His role at Radius included serving as a member of the executive staff and opening the company's first sales and marketing office in the Benelux region of Europe.
He has also held various marketing and business development positions at Claris Corporation (the software subsidiary of Apple Computer) and RealNetworks. While at Claris, Ken devised the compensation plan for the U.S. sales force that helped move the company from being a Macintosh-only company to being a cross-platform company.
Ken holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton undergraduate division at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
