| This course will address asset management properties
that are fundamental to the day-to-day operations of property management.
Topics discussed will stem from the Sunflower Assets Management
and Review modules. Students will learn how to create and manage
assets as well as define the parameters for a physical inventory
and perform several types of physical inventories with the use of
Sunflower Assets MobileTrak. Demonstration and hands-on practice
will reinforce the concepts presented during this course. Key concepts
